The standard government application fee is approximately 10,000 THB, around 350–400 USD depending on embassy location.
How long does the application process take?
Typically, our document preparation process takes approximately 4–6 business days, depending on the applicant’s category, individual situation, document availability, and overall application complexity.
Every DTV application is unique. We work professionally and individually with each client to ensure the strongest possible application structure, fast communication, and the smoothest submission process possible.
What is the typical DTV approval time?
Approximately 2–4 weeks depending on the embassy and application complexity.
Is DTV visa approval guaranteed?
No. Final DTV visa approval is always at the discretion of the Royal Thai Embassy or relevant Thai authorities.
However, professionally prepared documents, clear financial proof, and a properly structured application can significantly improve the chances of approval and help minimize delays or additional document requests.
Which Thai Embassy is best DTV Application?
The most suitable Thai embassy depends primarily on your physical location at the time of application.
Applicants are generally required to provide proof of their current location when submitting a DTV application. While certain embassies — such as those in Vietnam or Laos — are commonly used for DTV applications, the selected embassy should match the country where the applicant is physically staying during the application process.
Requirements and requested documents may vary slightly between embassies. However, all embassies still carefully review applications to ensure that the submitted documents are properly prepared, complete, and compliant with DTV visa requirements.
